Clear expectations make for a seamless experience.
Retainers & Approval
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required after personal approval. Your session is confirmed only when the retainer is paid and confirmation is issued. Booking requests alone do not reserve dates.
Balance & Rescheduling
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the session. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability; subsequent rescheduling requires a new 50% retainer. Client cancellations and no-shows do not receive retainer refunds.
If the Photographer Cancels
If Teddy P Photography cancels or cannot provide the booked service, you may choose a full refund of payments received or a mutually agreed reschedule.
Editing & Extras
Additional basic-edited images: $15 each. Additional Photoshop-edited images: $25 each. Extra session time: $50/hour. Additional participants: $25/person. All additions require approval.
Delivery & Rush Requests
Standard delivery: 7–10 business days. Rush delivery: 2–3 business days for an additional $75, subject to availability. Any delivery issue will be addressed directly with the client.
Travel, Props & RAW Files
Sessions more than 15 miles outside Charleston, South Carolina, may incur a travel fee quoted before confirmation. Props are not provided. The unedited Complete RAW Image Collection is available for $50.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does submitting a request guarantee my date?
No. All booking requests are reviewed personally. Your date is secured only after approval, retainer payment, and confirmation.
Can I get my retainer back if I cancel?
No. Client retainers are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
When is my remaining balance due?
At least 24 hours before your scheduled session start time.
Can I purchase additional edited images?
Yes. Basic-edited images are $15 each and Photoshop-edited images are $25 each, subject to approval.
Will I receive RAW photos?
Some packages include an online proofing gallery. Downloadable unedited RAW files are available separately as the $50 Complete RAW Image Collection.
